Logistop, the logistics technology platform in Spain, in collaboration with ITAINNOVA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón) and Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC), has held in Zaragoza the Logistop & Partners – Innovation Day: Building the logistics innovation of the future under the title Innovative experiences, new technologies and sustainability in logistics.

The event brought together experts in technology, sustainability and innovation in Spain to explore current issues in the logistics sector.

During this infoday, which was attended by more than 50 people representing companies throughout the logistics chain, the trends that predominate (and will predominate) in collaborative logistics innovation were analysed and success stories were presented in which these trends are already being implemented.

After an interesting presentation on Artificial Intelligence and a discussion on Good technological practices applied to the logistics chain, the infoday focussed on the Social impact of the supply chain through a presentation of Alicia Martínez de Yuso, Project Manager of Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC), who unveiled the ReSChape project, highlighting the political, social, legal, technological, environmental and economic trends and their impact on the supply chain. Alicia’s presentation was more than a mere unveiling; it was a call to action, urging stakeholders to navigate the currents of change with resilience and foresight.

As the dialogue unfolded, the focus shifted to sustainable logistics, casting a spotlight on the role of research, development, and innovation in ushering in a future where decarbonization and competitiveness walk hand in hand.
